Lok Sabha 2024: BJP Installs Namo Tea Stalls In Himachal Pradesh

In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of the BJP, has installed "Namo tea stalls" in all five assembly constituencies of Hamirpur district in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. According to the reports, the BJYM has set up "Namo tea stalls' named after Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who once was a tea seller, have been set up at Hamirpur's Gandhi Chowk, Nadaun's Indrapal Chowk, Bhoranj main market, Sujanpur Bazar and Badsar Bazar.

These stalls aim to promote awareness about government-run welfare schemes, development, and 'Modi ki Guarantee' to woo voters for next year's general elections.

BJP Installs Namo Tea Stalls In Himachal Pradesh

The saffron party's goal through this initiative is to engage people in discussion over PM Modi's good governance in the Centre, development work done across the county, and schemes for the benefit of marginalized sections, said BJYM spokesperson.

The BJP had introduced the 'Namo tea stalls' concept during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, which played a big role for the party to reach people on the ground.

The BJP has already pulled up socks for the Lok Sabha 2024. Today, in West Bengal, the state BJP formed a 15-member election management committee. Among the key members are Union Home Minister Amit Shah, party chief JP Nadda, along with several other prominent state leaders.

The key members of the committee include Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP chief JP Nadda, state party chief Sukanta Majumdar, MP Dilip Ghosh, Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari, Rahul Sinha, Amitabh Chakraborty, Satish Dhand, Mangal Pandey, and Asha Lockra.

In West Bengal, there are a total of 42 Lok Sabha constituencies. During the 2019 elections, the Trinamool Congress secured victory in 22 seats, while the BJP emerged as a strong contender, winning in 18 seats. The remaining two constituencies were claimed by the Congress.
