Light rainfall likely in Delhi Saturday

New Delhi, Aug 2: It was sunny on Saturday morning here with a minimum temperature of 28.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast a party cloudy day and light rainfall.

"The sky will be partly cloudy and some parts of the city would get rainfall and thunderstorm," said an India Meteorological Department official.

The maximum temperature is expected to be around 37 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 85 percent.

Friday was warm with a maximum temperature of 37.7 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average. The minimum was 28.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
