Let us take back Karnataka- inside details of Amit Shah's meeting with BJP leaders
Shah sought to know how many rallies were organised to point out the failures of the Congress government.
Amit Shah in Karnataka gave out the clarion call to root out the Congress and re-take the state in the forthcoming assembly elections. Shah during a meeting with party leaders sought an assurance that the BJP will win Karnataka in 2018.

Sources part of the meeting told OneIndia that Shah asked all the leaders, " Can you win Karnataka."
However the bigger concern that was raised by Shah, the national chief of the BJP and Rajya Sabha MP was the feud within the party. There is no place for any feud, he said sternly. Cast aside all differences and work for the party. There is no place for factional feuds and remember this is the BJP and we are one unit, he also said.
Shah who began his three day visit to Karnataka on Saturday said that loyalty to the party is a must. Loyalty cannot be achieved if you keep fighting among each other, he also said.
He told the members of the state committee that any sort of indiscipline will not be tolerated. Toe the the party line always and feuds will not be tolerated at any cost, Shah also said.
When some members raised issues about the party leadership in Karnataka, Shah curtly told them, " Don't worry we will take care of it. For now focus on strengthening the party at all levels. You also need to take on the state government more strongly when it comes to issues such as corruption," Shah also said.
Shah sought to know how many rallies were organised to point out the failures of the Congress government. One leader who was part of the meeting said, " Shah was clear in his approach. He was unhappy over several issues and felt that the state unit of the party had not done enough to take on the Congress government. There were so many issues about the Congress government reported, but the response from the BJP was either low-key or muted."
Go for the kill and avoid marathon speeches and programmes aimed only at photoshoots, Shah advised. Start now, start immediately and gauge the mood of the public. Always be in election mode or else we will lose out, Shah also told party workers.
