Kejriwal joins Gul Panag in Chandigarh, says BJP, Cong duping India

Chandigarh, March 30: Continuing his road shows across the country,

today (Sunday, March 30) reached Chandigarh where he joined actor-turned-politician

, the AAP candidate from the city.

Chandigarh Police deployed several policemen at the roadshow to avoid any anti-social activity. The road show covered areas of Hallomajra, Ramdarbar, Burail, sectors 45, 44, 52, 38, 15, 22, 29, Kajheri, Attawa, Dhanas, Khuda Lahora, Colony Number 4 and motor market.

After his road show, the AAP convener later addressed a public rally where he accused both Congress and BJP of duping the country.

Modi acquired farmers' lands and gave it to business tycoon like Ambani

Speaking at the rally, Kejriwal said that both Congress and BJP were anti-farmers. Slamming Narendra Modi and Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Kejriwal said that both Gujarat and Haryana CM respectively have acquired land of innocent farmers and handed the lands at cheap prices to business tycoons like Robert Vadra and Mukesh Ambani.

He said both Congress and BJP were helping businessmen as both Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi and Modi travel in planes given by Ambani.

Later he also asserted, "The Modi Wave is just a media hype. Modi is so much scared and lacked confidence that after my filling nomination he filled another nomination from Vadodara."

The Chandigarh seat will see a tough fight between Panag, Congress' sitting MP Pawan Bansal and another actor-turned-politician Kirron Kher from the BJP.
