Kamal K P among top five in PFI leadership arrested by UP police
The UP police had alleged that members of the PFI wanted to incite trouble following the Hathras case. A 5,000 page chargesheet was filed in this regard
The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) has arrested a member of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI) for trying to stir up unrest.

The Hathras case refers to the rape and murder of a 19-year old Dalit woman in Hathras, UP. The case took place in 2020 and the victim succumbed to injuries at a Delhi hospital two weeks after the incident.
