New Delhi, Jan 7: Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed passed in New Delhi on Thursday.
He was diagnosed diagnosed with sepsis, decreased blood counts and pneumonia was admitted to AIIMS hospital on December 24.
