Jayalalithaa's swearing-in ceremony: It was all in green
Chennai, May 23: The colour green dominated J. Jayalalithaa's swearing-in as the Tamil Nadu chief minister on Saturday as her saree, the ring on her finger and the backdrop of the stage were all in green.
Jayalalithaa wore a dark green colour saree for the occasion and had a ring with a big green stone. She signed with a green-coloured pen after being sworn-in.
It was not immediately clear why all this was in green.
