Jawan Movie Clips Leaked On Twitter, Makers Of Shah Rukh Khan's Film Files Case
Clips from Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie Jawan have gone viral, prompting Red Chillies Entertainment to file a case against an unidentified individual for alleged theft under the Information Technology Act.
The legal complaint was officially lodged with the Santacruz police station on August 10th. According to the FIR, someone stole clips from the 'Jawan' film and shared them on Twitter, thereby violating copyright regulations.

During the movie's production, Red Chillies Entertainment had explicitly prohibited the use of mobile phones and recording devices on the filming premises. However, an individual without authorisation circulated the clips, exhibiting a blatant disregard for the company's guidelines and aiming to undermine its efforts while diminishing the film's value.
Red Chillies Entertainment identified a total of five Twitter accounts through which the illicitly acquired movie clips were shared. Despite sending legal notices to these accounts, only one of them acknowledged receipt.
The viral clips were shared on the following Twitter handles:
@unknwnsrkian, @NiteshNaveenAus, @Ghulamm76512733, @Arhaan05 and @Surrealzack.
Consequently, Red Chillies Entertainment pursued a commercial legal action in the Delhi High Court, which mandated that the implicated Twitter handle promptly remove the shared clips. Adhering to the court's directive, the clips were expeditiously taken down.
Jawan is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller, co-written and directed by Atlee, marking his debut in the realm of Hindi cinema. Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma are credited as the film's producers under Red Chillies Entertainment. The cinematic venture features Shahrukh Khan in a dual role, alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (in a special appearance), Priyamani, and Sanya Malhotra.
This case has been officially registered with the Santacruz police station, invoking the provisions of section 379 (theft) of the IPC Act and 43(b) of the Information Technology Act.
