Jaipur Police Takes Custody of 3 Bhondsi Jail Inmates in Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi Murder Case

The Jaipur Police have taken three inmates of Bhondsi jail in Gurugram into custody in connection with the Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case. The inmates are said to be members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and were in contact with the main shooter in the murder.

In a significant development related to the Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case, the Jaipur Police has taken three inmates of Bhondsi Jail in Gurugram into their custody on a production warrant. The three inmates, identified as Sandeep alias Sumit, Bhavani Singh alias Roni, and Rahul, are believed to be members of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Involvement in Nitin Fauji's Network

According to officials, the three inmates were in close contact with Nitin Fauji, the main shooter involved in the murder of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena chief Gogamedi. The Jaipur Police reached Bhondsi Jail on Sunday with the production warrant and subsequently took the inmates to Jaipur for interrogation in connection with the murder case.

Link to Mahendergarh Case

Further investigation revealed that two of the three inmates, Sandeep and Bhavani, were involved with Nitin Fauji in a separate case of attempt to murder registered in Mahendergarh. This revelation adds another dimension to the ongoing investigation into the Gogamedi murder case.

Gogamedi's Murder and Aftermath

On December 5, Gogamedi was tragically shot dead in the living room of his house in Gurugram by three assailants. One of the assailants was killed by his accomplices during the incident. Following the crime, shooters Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji were apprehended in a joint operation conducted by the Delhi Police Crime Branch and the Rajasthan Police from a hotel in Chandigarh.

Gangster's Confession on Facebook

In a startling turn of events, gangster Rohit Godara, who is believed to be associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the murder on Facebook. Godara asserted that Gogamedi was killed for supporting their enemies. The three accused involved in the murder were arrested on December 1, and four cartridges and two magazines were seized from their possession.
