, a pregnant woman walked 5 kilometers to a hospital all by herself, just to find that the hospital was closed and the staff missing.

While the ministers shirk their responsibilites and keep mum, this has come as a real time state administrative shock for the people. A probe has been announced to investigate the issue; however, chief minister Omar Abdullah was not available for comments.

Meanwhile, People's Democratic Party (PDP) and the opposition, led by Mehbooba Mufti condemned the fact and said an internal probe is necessary. As per reports, both the mother and the child are safe and healthy, unlike apprehensions that the extreme temperature would have been threatening for the duo.
