Though initially scheduled for January 7, 2025, the docking was delayed twice due to technical issues. Despite these setbacks, ISRO persevered and completed the task with meticulous planning and execution. The success came after a trial phase where the satellites were brought as close as 3 meters to each other on January 12, 2025, and following an in-depth analysis of the data, the final docking was completed.
