Islamic scholar calls entertainer Swara Bhasker’s marriage to Fahad Ahmad invalid, cites Quran
Bollywood entertainer, Swara Bhaskar announced on February 16 that she got married to Samajwadi Party leader, Fahad Ahmad. The reactions have been mixed to the marriage
An Islamic scholar has said that entertainer Swara Bhasker's marriage to Fahad Ahmad is invalid as per Quran.
On February 16, the left-leaning Swara Bhaskar announced that she got married to Samajwadi Party leader, Fahad Ahmad. While the wishes began to pour in, an Islamic scholar from Chicago denounced the marriage as Islamically invalid since Swara is a polytheistic woman.

Dr. Yasir Nadeem Al Wajidi went on to back his claim with a verse from the Quran. The solar also smelled liberal Muslims for interpreting the Quran as our the convenience of their theology.
Swara and Fawad's wedding took place on January 6 2023 under the special marriage act.
"If #SwaraBhasker is not Muslim and her "supposed" husband is Muslim, this marriage is not Islamically valid. Allah says, do not to marry polytheistic women until they believe. 2:221. If she accepts Islam only for the sake of marriage, it is not accepted by Allah," Dr. Yasir's tweet read.

If she accepts Islam only for the sake of marriage, it is not accepted by Allah.
The tweet came under criticism by some and one user RJ Sayema tweeted saying, 'buzz off.'

Mufti Yasir however replied to her and said that Sayema is infected with the disease of liberalism.
"Just spotted an infected with liberalism disease. She said, buzz off, to the Quran. Yet, she will be associated with Islam because of her name," he said in response.

The face-off did not end there and Sayema asked Mufti Yasir whether he was designated by Allah.
"And who are you? Someone designated by Allah to judge others? We are answerable to Allah and only to Allah. To each his own. Till someone asks for your opinion, keep to yourself. And be a good Muslim," Sayema tweeted.

Mufti Yasir responded and said he is the person most hated by the liberals and he exposes the misrepresentation of Islam by people like Sayema.
Im a person who liberals like you hate the most. I am a person who frequently exposes the false interpretation of Islam by likes of you. I am a person who will speak up when RJs start interpreting Islam. You keep yourself to entertainment business and leave Islam for experts. https://t.co/xDNifRsvKO

Another person asked Mufti Yasir to preach Islam in Saudi Arabia. "We live in India, not an Islamic country, so Kindly preach this in Saudi Arabia", the user wrote. To this, Mufti wrote back by saying, 'Islam is not only for Saudi Arabia and that living in India does not mean that one does not practice Islam.'
Those who are celebrating the marriage of #swarabhaskar (who is, according to my knowledge, not Muslim) with a man with a Muslim name have germs of liberalism. Disinfection is must. Legally they are free to do whatever they want. As Muslims, there is nothing to be happy about.
