The conference is being organised by the US-based 'Initiatives for China'. The Dalai Lama is also expected to attend the event.

China who was unhappy over Indian move of granting visa to Isa, has contended that he is a terrorist who has an Interpol red corner alert issued against him.

The granting of visa to Isa, appeared to be a message to China which recently blocked a move in the UN to ban Maulana Masood Azhar, the chief of the Jaish-e-Mohammad. China not only blocked the ban on the insistence of Pakistan, but even lectured India on being good neighbours.
