IBPS Clerk 2024: Hurry Up! Apply Now For 6,148 Vacancies Before Midnight; Apply Online At ibps.in

The online application process for the Common Recruitment Process for Clerical Cadre (CRP Clerk XIV) conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will end today, July 21. Eligible candidates wishing to apply for IBPS Clerk 2024 must submit their applications on the IBPS official website, ibps.in.

The payment window for IBPS Clerk 2024 will also close today. Candidates must ensure that all payment processes are completed before the deadline to avoid any issues with their application.

IBPS Clerk 2024: Exam Schedule

The pre-examination training for IBPS Clerk 2024 occurred between July 12 and July 18. Call letters for the preliminary examination will be issued in August 2024. The online preliminary exam is tentatively scheduled for August. Results for the preliminary exam are expected in September. The main examination is planned for October, with provisional allotments scheduled for April next year. Exact dates and times for the Prelims and Mains exams will be announced in due course.

IBPS Clerk 2024: Prelims Exam Details

The IBPS Clerk Preliminary Examination will consist of 100 questions, carrying a total of 100 marks. Candidates will have 60 minutes to complete the exam. The question paper will be divided into three sections:

English Language: 30 questions for 30 marks
Numerical Ability: 35 questions for 35 marks
Reasoning Ability: 35 questions for 35 marks

Candidates must achieve the cut-off marks in each section to qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process. The cut-off will be determined by the IBPS.

IBPS Clerk 2024: Age Limit

As of July 1, candidates must be at least 20 years old and not older than 28 years. Specifically, candidates should have been born between July 2, 1996, and July 1, 2004. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

IBPS Clerk 2024: Educational Qualifications

Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline. Additionally, candidates should have operating and working knowledge of computer systems. This can be proven through a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations/language, or by having studied Computer or Information Technology as part of their high school or college education. Proficiency in the official language of the state or Union Territory where the candidate is applying is also required.

Credit History Requirements

Candidates must have a healthy credit history at the time of joining. The minimum credit score will adhere to the policies of the participating banks. Those without an updated CIBIL status must either update their CIBIL report or provide No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from lenders indicating no outstanding issues. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the offer of employment.
