Horrible India: I gave birth to you, don't rape me, mother pleaded son

Ahmedabad, June 16: A son raped his mother and the incident took place in India. Days after the horrible incident in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the 60-year-old woman recalled the events when she was raped by her son.

The woman, who once had barred her two daughters from filing molestation cases against her son, now called him a "sexual pervert".

The woman, who was discharged from hospital in Ahmedabad, now wants to go back to her native village near Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. During an interview with a newspaper, she told that she will never come back to Gujarat.

During the interview, she was quoted as saying, "He did wrong with me. I told him you are my son, I gave birth to you. Don't do this to me. But he didn't hear a word. He will pay for this. God will not spare him".

She along with her son was returning from her daughter's house on June 13. She said, "When we were passing from a secluded area, he asked me to get down from auto-rickshaw. When I asked why did he take the unfamiliar road, he started walking into the bushes. After a few minutes, he asked me to come with him. When I did, he held my neck tight and threw me on the ground. He tied my face and tore my clothes. He was under influence of some drug or alcohol."

She was also quoted as saying, "He raped me and ran away from there. I took the help of a passer-by and rushed to my daughter's house. After his arrest, he told police that he was drunk and that he made a mistake. Is this a mistake?"

The woman has three daughters and one son. Her daughters are married and settled in Ahmedabad and Surat. According to one of her daughters, the accused earlier had tried to molest them. The accused also had tried to rape one 5-year-old girl.

The victim's younger daughter said, "When my mother reached home, she was shivering like a leaf. We thought she had got a fit. She would neither drink nor eat. After a few minutes, she told me that Shukun had raped her. Disgusted, I decided to complain this time and called the police."

She also added, "He is a pervert. He tried to molest me at my home in Viratnagar when he moved to Ahmedabad, but I pushed him away and threw him out of my house. After that we cut off all ties. When I told my elder sister, she told me she had had a similar encounter with him in Surat."
