How To Use Rajmarg Yatra App: NHAI's New App To Make Highway Travel Safe, Convenient
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a new app called 'Rajmargyatra' to enhance user experience on highways and create a unified mobile application focused on citizens. The app is currently available in both Hindi and English and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

Key features of the Rajmarg Yatra app include:
- Essential Highway Information: The Rajmargyatra app serves as a comprehensive repository of essential information about national highways. Users can access real-time weather conditions, details of nearby toll plazas, petrol pumps, hospitals, hotels, and other essential services, along with timely traffic alerts.
- Complaint Redressal: The app incorporates an inbuilt complaint redressal and escalation mechanism. Users can report highway-related issues and attach geo-tagged pictures and videos to support their claims. The registered complaints will be addressed promptly, and any delays will be escalated to higher authorities. The app also allows users to check the status of their complaints, ensuring complete transparency.
- FASTag Services: The Rajmargyatra app seamlessly integrates its services with various banking portals, making it convenient for users to recharge their FASTags, avail monthly passes, and access other FASTag-related services from a single platform.
- Safe Driving Features: The app includes over-speeding notifications and a built-in voice assistant to promote safe driving behavior.
According to NHAI, these enhancements aim to create a seamless and user-friendly experience for highway travelers, fostering safer and more enjoyable journeys on Indian National Highways.
