Hindustan ka beta: India protests against Pakistan; demands justice for Kulbhushan Jadhav
Common citizens of India came out on the streets to protest against Pakistan for awarding death sentence to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj called former naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is currently lodged in a Pakistani jail and has been awarded death sentence by a military court of the neighbouring country, Hindustan ka beta (son of the soil). The Centre assured that all measures will be taken to release Jadhav from Pakistani confinement.
While politicians belonging to various parties stood united to save Jadhav from the gallows, the citizens of India came out on the streets on Tuesday to protest against Pakistani government's high-handedness in awarding death penalty to an innocent Indian, who has been falsely labelled as a spy.

This is a file photo of former Indian naval officer Jadhav. The 46-year-old took early retirement from Navy and was running a business in Mumbai. His friends in Mumbai have started a campaign to save Jadhav.
