Haryana Government Takes Action: Suspends Officers and Invigilators Over Examination Paper Leaks
The Haryana government has taken decisive action following the recent leak of state board examination papers. On Saturday, it announced the suspension of 25 police officers and five invigilators. This move comes in response to the breach that occurred a few days ago, as stated in an official release. The suspended personnel include four deputy superintendents of police and three station house officers.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini confirmed that FIRs have been filed against four invigilators from government schools and one from a private school. All four government school invigilators have been suspended. Additionally, two centre supervisors have also faced suspension due to their involvement in the incident.
Examination Paper Leak Details
The Class-12 English exam paper was leaked within 30 minutes of the test starting in Nuh district last Thursday. Images of the paper quickly spread on social media platforms. Similarly, the Class-10 mathematics paper was leaked in Punhana on February 28, raising concerns about examination security.
FIRs have also been lodged against 12 individuals, including eight students, for either cheating or aiding the paper leak at various examination centres. The investigation into these incidents is ongoing, as confirmed by Chief Minister Saini.
Preventive Measures and Accountability
Saini has instructed all deputy commissioners and superintendents of police to ensure no unauthorised individuals approach examination centres. Such individuals must stay at least 500 metres away from these locations. The district administration will be held accountable if any complaints arise regarding this matter.
The government is determined to prevent further breaches and maintain the integrity of the examination process. These measures aim to safeguard future examinations from similar incidents and uphold educational standards.
