The authority expects to earn approximately Rs 5,000 crore from the reserve price of these plots, contributing to the economic growth of Greater Noida.

Plots Located in Six Sectors
The industrial plots are strategically located in six sectors within Greater Noida, offering a range of sizes to cater to diverse business needs. These plots span areas from 135 square meters to 20,354 square meters, providing flexibility for entrepreneurs and investors.
Addressing Demand and Creating Employment
Recognizing the growing demand for industrial infrastructure, GNIDA CEO NG Ravi Kumar emphasized the importance of this initiative in meeting the needs of entrepreneurs. The scheme aims to attract investments, generate employment opportunities for thousands of youngsters, and boost economic activity in the region.
Investment and Employment Generation
With the allotment of these 44 plots, GNIDA anticipates an investment of approximately Rs 5,000 crore. This investment is expected to create direct and indirect employment opportunities for 10,000 individuals, contributing to the overall development and prosperity of Greater Noida.
Application Process and Timeline
Interested parties can apply for the industrial plots through the GNIDA website (greaternoidaauthority.in) or the Uttar Pradesh government's niveshmitra.up.nic.in portal. Brochures detailing the scheme have been released, providing comprehensive information to potential applicants. The last date for registration is February 19, 2023.
Upon successful allotment, the GNIDA aims to make the plots available for possession within a month, ensuring a streamlined process for businesses to establish their operations.
