Eid-e-Milad 2025: Rabi Ul Awwal Moon Sighted, Milad Un Nabi On Sept 5

The Markazi Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, also known as the Moon Sighting Committee, Majlis-elama-e-Deccan, has confirmed the sighting of the crescent moon for Rabi Ul Awwal 1447 AH/2025. This announcement was made on Sunday, August 24. Consequently, the first day of Rabi Ul Awwal will be observed on Monday, August 25.

The decision was reached after a meeting held at the office of Allama Syed Hasan Ibrahim Hussaini Quadri (Sajjad Pasha), the committee's president. This office is situated in Hussaini Building, Moazzam Jahi Market, Hyderabad. During this session, prominent scholars and religious leaders from Hyderabad verified the moon-sighting reports before making an official statement.
