The tweet is a meme - it has a picture of the PM with two sentences both of which have curse words. Digvijay also wrote that he didn't create the meme, but he "couldn't help posting it". In the same tweet, Digvijay has also written that the PM is "the best in the art of fooling!".

"I have clearly said it is not mine, disowned it...I have clearly said it (picture) is not mine..My words are simple-He is the best in the art of fooling. These words are mine," he told media on Friday.

Digvijaya further reiterated that he has not said those words and just retweeted the meme, and that Prime Minister is the best in the art of fooling.

The meme posted by Digvijaya had a picture of PM Modi with text that read, "Mere do achievements 1.) Bhakton ko C** banaya 2.) C*** ko Bhakt banaya."
