He called for unity among Bangladeshi Hindus to demand the release of Chinmayanand, a religious leader from ISKCON.

He emphasised the importance of collective action, stating, "Our message to the Hindus of Bangladesh is, please get that Sanatani leader released, unite, come on the streets, otherwise tomorrow no one will raise the voice of Hindutva, tomorrow you all will be killed, your sisters and daughters either. will become aunts or will be killed."

Focus on Hindu Unity

When questioned about his 'Hindu Ekta Yatra', Dhirendra Shastri shared his vision for Hindu unity. He mentioned that some people are becoming aware and that their plan is distinct. With 100 crore Hindus in India, he believes one crore staunch Hindus are needed to ensure protection for the next millennium.

He elaborated further by saying that having one crore dedicated Hindus would prevent any threats against them for 1,000 years. He stressed that awakening cannot rely solely on one individual like Bageshwar Baba; instead, there should be a Bageshwar Baba in every household to inspire Hindus everywhere.

Comments on Sambhal Violence

Bageshwar Baba also addressed recent violence in Sambhal. He stated that those responsible for damaging public property must compensate for their actions. Additionally, he expressed anger towards Bollywood's portrayal of Hindus as villains through what he described as sponsored brainwashing.

Regarding the Waqf Board, Shastri remarked on Constitution Day that it was added later to the Constitution. He suggested either forming a Sanatan Board or abolishing the Waqf Board altogether.

Dhirendra Shastri's remarks highlight his concerns over religious unity and cultural representation. His call for action among Bangladeshi Hindus reflects his broader aim of fostering solidarity within the community.
