Devendra Fadnavis Net Worth: Devendra Fadnavis, a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), re-elected from Nagpur South West constituency, is poised to be next Chief Minister of Maharashtra . In his election affidavit, he disclosed assets amounting to Rs 13.27 crore. Fadnavis, who first secured this seat in 2009, served as Maharashtra's Chief Minister from 2014 to 2019 and is now the Deputy Chief Minister.
Fadnavis reported a total income of Rs 79.3 lakh for the fiscal year 2023-24. This marks a decrease from the previous year's income of Rs 92.48 lakh. His earnings are mainly derived from his salary as a public servant and rental income from properties.

Movable Assets and Cash Holdings
The affidavit details movable assets worth Rs 56.07 lakh in Fadnavis' name, Rs 6.97 crore under his wife Amruta Fadnavis' name, and Rs 10.22 lakh in their daughter's name. Additionally, he holds Rs 23,500 in cash while Amruta has Rs 10,000.
The couple's combined bank deposits total Rs 2.28 lakh in Devendra's accounts and Rs 1.43 lakh in Amruta's accounts, including fixed deposits and other savings.
Investments and Gold Possessions
Fadnavis does not have investments in bonds, mutual funds, or shares but has invested Rs 20.7 lakh in National Savings Schemes, postal savings, and insurance policies. Meanwhile, Amruta Fadnavis has investments worth Rs 5.63 crore in bonds, shares, and mutual funds.
The couple also possesses significant gold holdings; Devendra declared owning 450 grams of gold jewelry valued at Rs 32.85 lakh while Amruta owns 900 grams worth Rs 65.7 lakh.
Real Estate Holdings
In terms of real estate assets, Fadnavis declared immovable property valued at Rs 4.69 crore which includes agricultural land in Chandrapur and a residential property located in Nagpur's Dharampeth area. His wife owns immovable property valued at Rs 95.29 lakh.
Liabilities and Financial Obligations
The affidavit indicates that Fadnavis has no loans from banks or financial institutions but owes his wife an amount of Rs 62 lakh.
Over the years, Fadnavis' income has shown growth; for instance, his income for the year 2023-24 was recorded at Rs 38.73 lakh compared to five years ago when it was Rs 30.2 lakh.
