Devotees visiting the Banjari Temple in Raipur can now swipe their cards to make donation to temple fund.
After government's decision of demonetistion, the Ayyappa swamy temple at Sabarimala also introduced e-hundis this week a bid to sail over cash crunch.
Donation boxes of Kamakhya Temple withdrawn
Temples across the county have been getting massive amounts of donations but in the banned domination.
Donation boxes at the famed Kamakhya temple was withdrawn last week by Kamakhya Debutter Board to prevent black money from being deposited following demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes.
