Delhi Flood: How A Few Good Folk Are Saving Animals
Heavy rains pounded Delhi for the last couple of days, turning roads into rivers and submerging entire localities. The flood-like situation is likely to persist in the next few days as one of the heaviest and continuous rainfall struck the national capital.
The suffering of animals is no less than that of humans due to the relentless torrential rainfall. Amid the deluge in Delhi, several good Samaritans came forward to rescue the animals stranded in the flooded areas in Delhi.

More than 700 cattle were also moved to safety from submerged locations along Yamuna banks by the rescue team.
