Dainik Bhaskar Exit Poll 2025: NDA Predicted to Retain Power in Bihar, MGB Trails

The Dainik Bhaskar Exit Poll 2025 has projected a decisive edge for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the Bihar Assembly Elections, suggesting that the ruling coalition is likely to return to power with a comfortable majority.

According to the survey, the NDA is expected to secure between 145 and 160 seats, while the Mahagathbandhan (MGB) may win 73 to 91 seats in the 243-member Assembly.

Strong Showing for NDA

The exit poll indicates that the JD(U)-BJP alliance continues to hold significant voter support across key regions of Bihar. If these numbers hold true, the NDA will comfortably surpass the majority mark of 122 seats, securing another term in government.

The Mahagathbandhan, led by the RJD and Congress, appears to have fallen short in its bid to challenge the ruling alliance, despite its efforts to tap into youth and rural voter bases.

Nitish Kumar's Leadership Still a Factor

Analysts believe that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's governance record, coupled with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popularity, played a key role in helping the NDA maintain its edge. The MGB's inability to consolidate anti-incumbency sentiments may have further tilted the scales in the NDA's favour.

The final verdict, however, will only be known on November 14, when votes are counted across all 243 constituencies.
