CUET UG 2024: NTA Confirms Re-Exam For Tomorrow, Results Expected On July 22

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CUET 2024 re-exam tomorrow, July 19. Over 1,000 students are expected to participate in the retest. The CUET 2024 results are likely to be announced on July 22. Candidates appearing for the re-test can download their admit cards from the official website: exams.nta.ac.in/CUET. NTA is organising the re-exam for approximately 1000 students. This includes 250 students from Oasis Public School who experienced a loss of time due to receiving the wrong question paper. Other students were granted the retest based on grievances raised against the provisional answer key.

The CUET Result 2024 has been delayed due to the re-exam and other irregularities. Originally, the NTA planned to release the results on June 30. This delay is causing concern among parents and students as the academic session is also being postponed. Some colleges have already commenced their admission process, but students awaiting CUET scores need them for admission to Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, and other top institutions.

The NTA conducted the CUET- UG 2024 examination in a hybrid mode (Computer Based Test and Pen & Paper) on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 29 at various examination centres located in 379 cities, including 26 cities outside India. About 13.48 lakh candidates participated in the exam. The CUET answer key was issued on July 7, with objections raised until July 9.
