The booklet, according to the BJP, will come in handy when the party faces the elections in Gujarat, Himchal Pradesh and Karnataka. The BJP had also decided to replicate the UP model in Telangana and score a big win.

The booklet would highlight the schemes of the Centre which would have to be conveyed to the electorate. An explanation on how to carry forth this message would be given in this booklet as well.

The booklet would also have points on how to build a database of the voters. A similar exercise had been conducted in Uttar Pradesh where a database of 14 crore voters was prepared. The database would comprise the gender, economic profile and caste.

The booklet also has points on how over 11 lakh booth level workers were created. Such an exercise would become important in the forthcoming elections, the BJP's booklet would also explain. In the run-up to the elections, the BJP workers would have to rope in the maximum number of members. In UP, the party had enrolled nearly 2 crore members.

It would also explain the need of setting up a call centre which would stay in touch with the booth level workers. The mantra would be to leave no stone unturned and ensure a mammoth victory for the BJP. Most importantly the booklet would state that all workers and heads of units in the state must be accountable to the voter. In this regard, the BJP had created email ids for district presidents. At least 80 per cent of them in UP did not have an email id prior to the elections.
