Congress Has To Unitedly Fight With INDIA Bloc Against BJP: Sonia Gandhi
Former Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Saturday asked the members of the Congress Working Committee to fight unitedly with the INDIA Bloc to defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Gandhi's remarks comes after there were some reports over the seat sharing issue especially with West Bengal, Delhi, and Punjab in spite of the INDIA Bloc has been successful in figuring out seat-sharing arrangements in some states.
The third meeting of the INDIA alliance was held in Mumbai where the parties of the INDIA Bloc said that they would contest the 2024 Lok Sabha election "together as far as possible" and this gave rise to speculations that there had been some internal conflicts within the bloc when it came to working out the seat-sharing arrangements in some states.
Recently Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge at the CWC meeting took a dig at the BJP and the Centre by saying that the party has been a "complete failure on all important fronts". Kharge accused the Modi government and said that the centre has not been able to control inflation, unemployment, widening inequality or the deteriorating condition of farmers and labourers.
Citing the Manipur incident, Kharge said that the Modi government is responsible for the Nuh violence.
Meanwhile, INDIA Bloc cancels its first public rally in Bhopal. Congress leader Kamal Nath confirmed the news while addressing the media in Bhopal. However, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister took a dig at the Congress Party by stating that the people of Bhopal will not allow the INDIA Bloc to conduct any rally as they rage in anger over the Sanatana Dharma remarks by DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin.
