Sai announced the establishment of a music college in Raigarh. He also released booklets on Raigarh's rock paintings and an introduction to the Chakradhar Samaroh. The festival has grown significantly due to the efforts of Raigarh MLA and Finance Minister O P Choudhary.

The BJP government has fulfilled its promise to purchase 21 quintals of paddy per acre from farmers at Rs 3,100. Additionally, the remuneration for tendu leaves was increased from Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,500 per standard sack. These measures aim to support local farmers and workers.

Welfare Schemes and Cultural Preservation

Under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, funds are being transferred to the accounts of over 70 lakh women. Other welfare initiatives include the Shri Ramlala Darshan Yojana and the approval of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for more than 8.5 lakh families in Chhattisgarh.

Sai also released a coffee-table book on research into Brahmi and Kharosthi scripts by Vinay Pandey. Pandey presented a nameplate in Brahmi script to the chief minister during the event. Ministers Ramvichar Netam and O P Choudhary also addressed the gathering.

The festival honours Maharaja Chakradhar Singh's legacy in art and music. Sai reiterated his government's commitment to preserving traditional heritage and supporting cultural initiatives in Chhattisgarh.

The event highlighted various government schemes aimed at improving the lives of residents. These include agricultural support, women's welfare programmes, and housing initiatives for families across the state.

The Chakradhar Samaroh has become a grand celebration of music and culture, reflecting Chhattisgarh's rich artistic traditions. The government's efforts to promote and preserve these traditions were evident throughout the festival's inauguration.

The concluding remarks emphasised the importance of cultural preservation and government support for local arts. The event served as a platform to showcase Chhattisgarh's commitment to its cultural heritage while addressing contemporary needs through various welfare schemes.
