It has been alleged that the minister tweaked the tender documents to facilitate the contract for hiring 24 professionals who were to work on Mohalla clinics and other PWD projects.

Satyendar Jain tweeted, "CBI raids my house for hiring creative team by PWD. Professionals were hired for different projects. All were forced to leave by CBI."

Reacting to the development, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked what does PM Modi want.

A day before Health Minister Satyendar Jain proposed to cap hospital profits on medicines. Kejriwal hailed the proposal as 'revolutionary'. Kejriwal said, "When implemented, it will immensely help people esp middle class. It will substantially reduce healthcare costs n stop exploitation."

However, he raised doubts over the implementation of the proposal, saying "My only worry is - Will PM and BJP allow this to happen? I sincerely wish they will not create hurdles through their LG."
