Caught On Cam: Mumbai Woman Roams In A Cab For 12 Hours, Refuses To Pay For Ride

A clip of a woman engaged in an argument with a cop and a cab driver has caught the attention of the netizens.

In the said clip, the said woman identified as Jyoti is seen refusing to pay for her cab ride. Reportedly, she travelled in the car for 12 hours and was unwilling to pay Rs 2000 for her ride.

The clip was shared by a journalist on Twitter. She wrote, "Scenes from Huda City Centre Gurgaon. This woman Jyoti hired cab by Irshad last night at 10pm & made him roam till 11am in morning. Refused to pay 2000. Poor man had to call Police. Look how she's yelling even at cops. She has done this to other cab drivers too @gurgaonpolice."

"Are you mad?" the woman is heard asking the cop near the Huda City Centre in Gurgaon. She is seen pointing at the journalist who was capturing the incident on camera and is seen yelling at her saying "shut up". "Who the hell are you," she asks the journalist.

"I was rushing for a meeting but stopped to help realising that she's troubling some hapless man there & even cops. She called me extremely abusive names & almost attacked me but cops intervened," the journalist added.

It is reported that she threatened the cab driver saying that she would register a harassment or molestation case against him.

The journalist has also shared another clip of the same woman where she is heard saying "Fraud aadmi hai ye...Ulti seedhi baate kar raha that merese (He - pointing at a driver - was talking inappropriately with me)."

"Apparently, she takes cab rides & then refuses to pay driver, threatening to then file Harrassment or Molestation case. Another video where she did same with someone else. Heights of misuse of laws by women who don't spare even poor men 😞 please take action @gurgaonpolice," she said.

Meanwhile, netizens have slammed the said woman on Twitter for her antics. "Why not @gurgaonpolice call the lady police and let them handle such womens .... I believe our haryanavi lady police are way better to handle such cringes," a user said.

The second one said, "Wow, Jyoti really knows how to make a taxi ride unforgettable! I guess Irshad now has a legendary story to tell all his fellow cab drivers. Good luck to the next driver brave enough to take on Jyoti's wild adventure!
