Cash-Strapped Go First Cancels All Flights Till May 28
Cash-strapped Go First on Friday announced that it has cancelled flights scheduled till 28 May 2023, to operational reasons.
The low-cost air carrier, which is undergoing insolvency proceedings, had earlier announced that its flight operations are suspended till May 26.

"Due to operational reasons, Go First flights until 28th May 2023 are cancelled. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and request customers to visit https://bit.ly/3MPFlwf for more info. For any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us," the airline said in a tweet.
"We regret to inform you that due to operational reasons, Go First flights scheduled till May 28, 2023 have been cancelled. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellations. A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment shortly. We acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can. As you are aware, the company has filed an application for immediate resolution and revival of operations. We will be able to resume bookings shortly," it added.
Earlier, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) advised Go First Airlines to submit a comprehensive restructuring plan for a sustainable revival of operations.
Go First has blamed US engine maker Pratt & Whitney for grounding half of its fleet.
