Legal Action Initiated Against SP MLA for False Allegations in Baheri

Circle Officer (CO) Pankaj Srivastava disclosed that the case was lodged following a complaint by Jitendra Kumar, a local resident under the jurisdiction of the Devarniya police station. The charges framed under sections 153 A, 505, and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) were registered at the Kotwali police station on Saturday evening, as per directives from the Senior Superintendent of Police.
