BRS Leader K Kavitha Promises Retaliation After Jail Release
BRS leader K Kavitha, recently released on bail after over five months in judicial custody, vowed to retaliate against those responsible for her arrest in the Delhi liquor policy case. Speaking at the BRS party office, she expressed determination to seek justice.

Addressing the media, Kavitha, daughter of former Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, stated, "I will return with interest to those who put me and my family through this ordeal. Our time will come." She appeared emotional after reuniting with her family.
Political Motivation Behind Arrest
Kavitha insisted that her arrest was politically motivated. "Only because of politics, I was put behind bars. I made no mistake. I will fight and prove I'm innocent," she declared after her release from Tihar jail. She emphasised her innocence and commitment to proving it.
She also highlighted her identity as a proud daughter of Telangana and KCR. "I am Telangana's daughter, KCR's daughter. I cannot commit a mistake. I am stubborn and good," she added, reinforcing her resolve.
Personal Struggles During Incarceration
The BRS leader acknowledged the personal toll of her imprisonment. "Being separated from my family and children for five-and-a-half months as a mother was particularly trying," she shared, reflecting on the emotional challenges she faced during her time in custody.
Kavitha vowed to continue fighting on both legal and political fronts. "We will fight this battle on both legal and political fronts. By unjustly imprisoning me, they have only strengthened the BRS party and KCR's resolve," she asserted, indicating that her imprisonment had only bolstered their determination.
Supporters' Role and Future Plans
Expressing gratitude to her supporters, Kavitha promised to redouble efforts for public welfare. She conveyed appreciation for their unwavering support during her ordeal and committed to working harder for the community's benefit.
The BRS leader's defiant tone and commitment to justice reflect a strong resolve to overcome the challenges posed by her arrest. Her statements indicate a readiness to confront political adversaries while continuing to serve the public.
