Twist in Domestic Violence Case: Bollywood actress Rati Agnihotri files fresh case against husband
Mumbai, April 30: Months after her first FIR, Bollwyood actress Rati Agnihotri filed a fresh case against her husband Anil Virwani.
The actress, who earlier had filed domestic violence case against Virwani, claimed that her husband on Sunday, April 26 threatened her with a knife and allegedly told her to face 'dire consequences'.

Mumbai Police sources have been quoted as saying that Rati Agnihotri had managed to call an IPS officer who later informed Mumbai Police who rushed to the actress' house.
The Worli police have registered a case under section 506 (ii) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code against Virwani.

However, Virwani surprised everyone saying that he was not in town. Media report quoted him as saying, "I am not in town. Besides, let her make all kinds of charges, but I know truth will prevail."
