Boat with 12 on board capsizes in Bihar, 6 feared dead
Twelve people were on their way to cut grass on a dry patch of land in the middle of the river when their boat capsized.
At least six people were feared dead, including a woman, after a boat capsized in Gandak river in Chhapra district of Bihar on Monday. This incident occurred at Saroja Bhagwanpur village Panapur police station are, about 70 km north of Patna, the capital city of Bihar.

Superintendent of Police, Hari Kishore Rai, said the divers are looking for missing person in the river. "No bodies have been recovered so far," he added.
It may be recalled that, in January, at least 20 people were drowned, including some minors, when a boat capsized on the Ganga in Patna. Around 40 people were said to be onboard the country boat when it capsized near NIT ghat in the evening.
