BJP's Nadda Slams INDIA Bloc as 'Congregation of Crooks' in Chandigarh

At a vibrant roadshow in Panchkula, Haryana, BJP Chief J.P. Nadda delivered a spirited critique of the opposition INDIA bloc, labeling it as a "congregation of crooks" and urging the electorate to support the BJP. The event, aimed at rallying support for BJP's Ambala candidate Banto Kataria, saw Nadda vehemently attacking the opposition for their alleged involvement in corruption and promoting dynastic politics.

Nadda Hits Out at INDIA Bloc

Nadda questioned the integrity of several opposition parties and their leaders, citing instances of alleged scams and legal troubles. "Is the Congress a party of scams or not? Is Lalu's Yadav party indulged in scam or not?" Nadda challenged the crowd, highlighting the legal predicaments of various opposition leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Azam Khan, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, B.S. Hooda, and Lalu Prasad Yadav.

The BJP leader accused opposition parties of nepotism, pointing out several political families where leadership roles seem to be inherited rather than earned. From Farooq Abdullah's aspirations for his son Omar to become chief minister to the dynastic ambitions within the Chautala family, Nadda criticized the widespread prevalence of dynastic politics across various states and parties.

Following the roadshow, Nadda chaired a meeting with Haryana BJP's core committee in Panchkula to review election preparations. The meeting focused on strategizing for upcoming rallies and assessing the political climate in Haryana. It was attended by notable figures including Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, and other leaders such as O.P. Dhankar.

A statement from the party's state unit revealed that top BJP leadership, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, will be campaigning in Haryana in the lead-up to the elections. The discussions also touched upon efforts to increase the BJP's vote share in the state.

Nadda also took the opportunity to highlight the development programs and schemes initiated by the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre. With polling for the 10 seats in Haryana scheduled for May 25 in the sixth phase of elections, these efforts are part of a broader campaign to consolidate support for the BJP.
