BJD Unveils Revamped Website, Showcasing 5T Transformation in Odisha

On Biju Patnaiks birth anniversary, BJD president Naveen Patnaik launched a revamped citizen-centric website showcasing the partys commitment to 5T-led transformation across various sectors in Odisha.

On the occasion of former Odisha Chief Minister Biju Patnaik's birth anniversary on Tuesday, Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and current Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the revamped citizen-centric website of the party. The website, bjdodisha.org.in, showcases various aspects of the 5T-led transformation across sectors such as women empowerment, inclusive development, tribal welfare, youth & sports, agriculture, IT, and investments, as stated by BJD MP and General Secretary, Manas Mangaraj.

The 5T governance model in Odisha emphasizes teamwork, transparency, technology, and time, leading to overall transformation. The website highlights the party's commitment to strengthening the voices of the people and making them partners in the state's progress.

Tributes to Biju Patnaik

To commemorate the legendary leader, the BJD organized cycle rallies and walkathons in various assembly constituencies across the state. Party leaders paid floral tributes to the statues of Biju Patnaik and distributed fruits in hospitals and old-age homes.

Biju Patnaik's Legacy

Biju Patnaik, a freedom fighter and prominent regional leader, played a crucial role in anti-Congress alliances for decades. He served as Odisha's chief minister twice and also held the position of Union minister. Following his demise in 1997, his son Naveen Patnaik founded the BJD and has been the state's chief minister since 2000.
