Bizarre! Bengaluru Man Finds Live Snail In Meal Ordered Through Swiggy, Watch Video

In a shocking video that doing round the internet, a Bengaluru man claimed that he found a live snail in his food ordered from through Swiggy. As claimed in the video shared by Dhaval Singh, he had ordered a vegetable salad from a restaurant Leon Grill through the food delivery app, Swiggy, and was shocked when he saw a live snail sitting a top of the salad.

The man got so irritated that he decided to complain and share the video of the incident on the micro-blogging site X (formerly known as Twitter).

His post went viral in minutes catching the attention of people who often order food online. The anguished netizens trolled the restaurant and expressed concern over the quality and hygiene of the food being served in the restaurants and delivered through applications.

"Never ordering from @LeonGrill ever again! @SwiggyCares do whatever you can to ensure this s*** doesn't happen to others. Bengaluru folks take note. Ughhhhh," Dhaval Singh said in a post along with the video of the snail sitting atop the salad.

Responding to the online complaint, Swiggy called the incident terrible and asked the customer for an order ID to look into the matter.

This was not the first time a customer complained about the quality of food being served by Swiggy's partner restaurants. Earlier, a dead lizard was found in Biryani when a customer from Hyderabad logged the complaint while sharing the photo of the meal.
