The Bihar State Health Society (SHS) has released a recruitment notice for 4,500 Community Health Officer (CHO) positions under the National Health Mission (NHM). The application process will start on May 5 and will close on May 26.

To apply, candidates must hold a BSc in Nursing along with a Certificate in Community Health (CCH). They must also be registered with the Indian Nursing Council or their respective State Nursing Council.

Bihar State Health Society Vacancy: Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.

CBT Details:

• Subjects: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Technical Subjects
• Total Marks: 120
• Number of Questions: 80 (1.5 marks each)
• Duration: 120 minutes

Candidates who pass the CBT will be called for document verification. They will need to bring original certificates.
