'Bihar Aa Jao, Bahut Bura Pitoge': BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s Open Challenge To Raj Thackeray
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey from Jharkhand has strongly reacted to Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray's recent controversial statement, "Beat them but don't make a video," in reference to attacks on non-Marathi speakers in Maharashtra. Dubey accused Thackeray, along with the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena faction, of resorting to divisive politics ahead of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections.
Firing back at Raj Thackeray, Dubey issued a direct challenge, asking the MNS chief to demonstrate his bravado in Hindi-speaking states. "If you think you're such a big boss, come to Bihar, come to UP, come to Tamil Nadu - we'll beat you up badly," Dubey said during a public interview in Guwahati, Assam.

He went on to criticize MNS's political stance, alleging that the party thrives on the taxes and labor of migrants from Hindi-speaking regions while attacking them in return. He also claimed Maharashtra lacks the scale of industries seen in states like Jharkhand, Odisha, and Gujarat.
While making it clear that he holds deep respect for the Marathi language and culture, Dubey condemned the MNS's aggressive tactics, calling them "lowly acts" meant to create fear and division.
The BJP MP's fiery remarks have added fuel to the ongoing political storm around linguistic identity and violence against Hindi-speaking migrants in Maharashtra. His video statement has since gone viral on social media, drawing sharp reactions across party lines.
