Big B, Shah Rukh and other Bollywood stars wish fans Eid mubarak

Mumbai, Jul 18: Bollwyood celebrities including megastar Amitabh Bachchan, superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn among others have wished Eid mubarak to their fans and friends on social media.

Bachchan, with a following of 15.9 million on Twitter, took to the micro-blogging site to wish his fans.

"On this auspicious occasion of celebration and prayer and love and peace and forgiveness and blessings .. may the One Above, may Allah, give and bestow his very best for us all..." Bachchan said.

Shah Rukh, who is currently shooting for "Dilwale" in Bulgaria, tweeted, "Chand Mubarak. May Allah give you all that is beautiful in this world. And above all may Allah give you, your own, who love you unconditionally." The "Chennai Express" star also posted a video on Facebook to wish fans.

Akshay tweeted, "Eid Mubarak everyone! Enjoy the food and the day... Stay blessed always." "Eid Mubarak everyone. Watching Bajrangi Bhaijaan today..." Devgn said.

"Eid Mubarak! Be a little kinder today, hug a little tighter ... and definitely eat a lot more today! God bless..." filmmaker Farah Khan wrote.

Actress Parineeti Chopra tweeted, "Eid Mubarak everyone! Wishing you a day filled with love, blessings and food!"

"English Vinglish" actress Sridevi said, "Eid Mubarak! May this day bring peace, prosperity and happiness to all.
