Bangalore firm is India's entry to startup event in Israel

Bangalore, Sept 3: Bangalore-based company Shield Square is the Indian entry to the Start Tel Aviv event in Israel starting from September 14-18, 2014.

Last month, the Embassy of Israel in partnership with TIE Delhi-NCR had organized a contest - Start Tel Aviv - India Finals, in which Shield Square emerged as the winner.

Start Tel Aviv is a global competition held by The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tel Aviv Global that brings together startups from eighteen different countries.

The company representatives will travel to Tel Aviv this month to participate in the "Start Tel Aviv" event during the DLD Festival week, in which many companies from across the world will take part.

Shield Square, founded by a five-member team based in Bangalore, manufactures enterprise-class products in the areas of fraud detection, authentication and payments.
