Bandra man attacked by men in BMW for asking not to litter the road

Mumbai
Mumbai, June 16: It is not unlawfulness in Uttar Pradesh alone, several cities are turning a blind eye to law and order. A 44-year old Bandra resident for instance was rewarded with a broken nose, bloodieid lips and bruised shoulder for righteousness.

All he did was ask the occupants of a BMW not to litter the roads. While returning home from office, Vistasp Kharas saw a Cola Can being flung out of a BMW at the Axis Bank signal at the Turner Road.

"I picked up the can and walked up to the car's occupants and began telling them that they should not litter the road. Instead of apologizing, the two occupants got out of the car and started raining blows on me."

Surprisingly when he was being beaten, several people stood as audience, not even helping the architect.

After rushing to the Holy Family Hospital, he later went to the Bandra police station late at night and filed a case of assault against the unidentified assaulters in MH 02 JB 8787. "
