Arunachal CM Prema Khandus Ayodhya Visit: Ram Mandir Called Symbol of Struggle
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prema Khandus visit to the newly-built Ram Mandir in Ayodhya signifies the temples importance as a symbol of struggle and sacrifice for followers of Lord Ram.
Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prema Khandu paid his respects at the newly constructed Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on Tuesday, February 6, 2023. Khandu's visit holds significant importance as he led a 70-member delegation, including cabinet colleagues, legislators, and officers, making it the first political delegation from a state to visit Ayodhya after the temple's consecration ceremony.

A Culmination of Struggle and Sacrifice
In a series of posts on social media platform Twitter, Khandu expressed his deep emotional connection while offering prayers at the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir. He acknowledged the temple as the culmination of centuries of struggle and sacrifice by the followers of Maryada Purushottam Ram. Khandu also extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing confidence that the nation will witness unparalleled growth and development with the blessings of Prabhu Shri Ram.
Humble Offerings from Arunachal Pradesh
To commemorate the historic occasion of Pran-Pratishtha at the Janmabhoomi, Khandu presented humble offerings from the people of Arunachal Pradesh. These offerings included a painting of Shri Ram, beautifully capturing the divine aura of Shri Ram at Parshuram Kund with the backdrop of Gori Chen mountain, created by local artist Shri Gyamar Nanam. Additionally, Khandu presented a Kalash filled with Parsuram Kund water, a traditional Buddhist prayer bell, and a Sankh.
Ram Rajya Has Arrived
Speaking to reporters upon his arrival at the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Khandu expressed his pride in witnessing the completion of the Ram Mandir after over 500 years. He declared that the new temple signifies the arrival of Ram Rajya, a period of righteousness and prosperity. Khandu also revealed that the Arunachal Pradesh government has written to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, expressing their desire to construct a building in Ayodhya.
