Attempt to break open ATM in Tamil Nadu

Namakkal, March 22: An attempt was made on Tuesday, March 22 to break open the ATM machine of the Indian Overseas Bank near here, police said.

The room containing the machine was found broken open and attempts were made to break open the ATM also, but the culprits could not succeed, police said.

There was no security guard or CCTV camera for the ATM, they added.
