Another Round Accident: Vadodara Car Crash Accused’s Bizarre Shout Linked to Danish Movie?
The investigation into the car crash in Vadodara has sparked a whirlwind of theories as people continue to speculate about the circumstances surrounding the incident. The accused, 23-year-old Rakshit Chaurasia from Varanasi, a law student at MS University in Vadodara, crashed into multiple two-wheelers, resulting in the death of a woman and injuries to several others.
Eyewitnesses captured a video in which Rakshit can be heard shouting, "another round, another round," followed by a girl's name and the phrase "Om Namah Shivay," as he faced the wrath of the crowd that had apprehended him.

Adding to the intrigue, investigators have discovered a movie poster in Rakshit's rented apartment that appears to establish a connection to his pre-accident remarks. The poster is for the Danish film "Druk," also known as "Another Round" in English, which won the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film and stars renowned actor Mads Mikkelsen.
The film revolves around four teachers who seek to escape their monotonous lives and disengaged students. They become enamored with a theory posited by a Norwegian psychiatrist, suggesting that humans are born with a blood alcohol content deficiency. The teachers then embark on an experiment to maintain a mildly elevated blood alcohol level, believing it may enhance their performance and outlook. However, as their alcohol consumption escalates, their lives spiral out of control, eventually resulting in tragedy.
What raises eyebrows is that in "Druk," the characters establish rules for their drinking experiment, one of which is a firm prohibition against drinking and driving. According to reports involved in the investigation, Rakshit was part of a group of four friends, including Pranshu, who was present during the accident. They had just visited a friend's house prior to the crash, as evidenced by surveillance footage. Rakshit's shout of a girl's name in the video further hints at the relationships among the group at the time.
Despite assertions from Rakshit that he was not intoxicated, preliminary tests indicate otherwise, and a comprehensive analysis is forthcoming. He was taken back to the accident scene for a detailed reconstruction of events. As of Sunday, he has been charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
The combination of Rakshit's behavior, the ominous phrase "another round," and the connection to the film "Druk" has ignited strong discussions on social media. Many are contemplating what his words truly signify and how they relate to the tragic events that unfolded in Vadodara.
