Allahabad: Bomb explosions on railway track

, June 21:Two bombs exploded on a

track in Allahabad, just before a train to Jaunpur was about to pass it. The gateman promptly informed the nearby railway stations due to which all the trains arriving at Allahabad were stopped in the middle. While police officers and railway authorities reached the spot immediately, it is yet to be determined why IEED (local) bombs were placed there.

A case against unknown persons has been registered by the police. All trains from Allahabad to Lucknow and Allahabad to Jaunpur were witheld for about one and half hours, No casualty has been reported yet, though it created chaos and tension in the city.
