After Modi-Advani reunion, Rahul Gandhi faces agni pariksha in MP
Modi, who had campaigned in Madhya Pradesh as a star campaigner of BJP, re-gained his power as Advani finally broke all barriers and praised the former as future prime minister of the country. Advani, while attending a function in Gujarat on Oct 16, claimed that he would be elated if Modi becomes PM. BJP, which faced tremendous criticism over distances between its two leaders, must be relieved after the latest development.
Now, it would be difficult for Rahul Gandhi and Congress to challenge Shivraj Singh Chouhan who has been backed by powerful BJP-led by Modi. Rahul will address two rallies in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, Oct 17.
Rahul Gandhi will face difficulties in challenging BJP-led by Narendra Modi
Rahul's first rally will be held in Shahdol and the second will be in Gwalior. According to Congress sources, about two lakh supporters are expected to attend the Gwalior rally.
It has been reported that Congress may declare Jyotiraditya Scindia as its CM candidate in Madhya Pradesh. Now, it will be interesting to see how Rahul's rally help Congress to impress people in the state which is going to hold its assembly election on Nov 25.
Earlier BJP had created a record of orgnising the biggest rally in the state where Modi, Advani and many other senior party leaders were present to campaign for Chouhan.
